I love New York! I flew into NYC and made it to my AirBNB (hi Nelly) at 11p. Got up early to take a 5a spin class at Soul Cycle (amazing) and met with Dr. Rozbruch after getting x rays and a CT scan. Where he confirmed my pain and inability to walk without pain was due to my subtalar joint arthritis and bone on bone condition verified by the scans.
When I asked Dr. Rozbruch if he believed that the pain and inability for me to walk without pain was due to my subtalar joint arthritis and bone on bone condition he said “absolutely”! When I asked “Can you fix it?” He said “absolutely”! He then walked me through the process, his history doing this procedure, his success record and we agreed on a plan to move forward.
I was full of hope and excitement at the prospect of preserving the joint in my ankle and living an active pain free life again and on a plane home by 5pm the same day!
